Andre began his professional career as a stockbroker in 1998 at Hartleys and then Salomon Smith Barney. Andre founded Scintilla Capital in 2005 a microcap focussed investment company and advisory business. He is a Director of Scintilla Strategic Investments Limited, an unlisted public investment company that manages funds on behalf of high net worth investors.
Mr Marschke has more than 20 years experience in the financial markets with the vast proportion of this experience in microcaps, pre-ipo transactions, reverse mergers and placements across a range of industry sectors. He has a significant network of contacts in the Microcap space in Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Economics, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and a Diploma in Technical Analysis.

Craig has over 35 years experience in service industries holding senior management roles with hotels, travel companies, theme parks, property industry with particular emphasis on consolidations over the last 20 years. Consolidations have included management rights & travel agents (S8 Ltd, ASX:SEL), vets (Greencross Ltd, ASX:GXL), aged care, smash repairs, childcare (G8 Education Ltd, ASX:GEM) & education (Australian Careers Network Ltd, ASX:ACO).
Craig has held senior management, company secretarial & director positions with 6 ASX listed companies, assisting in taking 4 through the IPO process as well as 2 back door listings (reverse takeover).
Craig is the past President of Surfers Paradise SLSC, & past Treasurer of the Supporters Club, having joined the movement in 1982. He has won Queensland, Australian and World titles in competition & competed in the Nutri-Grain Ironman series for 2 years in the late 1980’s. He is now involved in Masters competition & holds numerous Queensland, Australian & World Titles. He paddled the 53km Molokai to Ohau ski race finishing 2nd in his age group & 2nd in a team with his son Luke. He also completed a solo English Channel swim in 2011 to raise over $91,000 for charity.
Kim is a highly experienced investor in the capital markets with over 20 years involvement in trading on the ASX. He has been involved in building logistics businesses and property development and is a founding shareholder of SSI.
